Having spent 30 years in the retail consulting and promotions industries, Ed brings a unique ‘merchant’s perspective’ to all of Monarch’s projects. Ed's experience began in a family furniture business and his strategic vision has been shaped by many years as an independent store owner. He has worked extensively in retail store management with many leading retail chains and, over the past 20 years, has supervised the advertising and operations of hundreds of successful sale promotions for many of North America's most prestigious retailers.
